The hoopla of NRO

Pakistan has been in the curb of relentless storm since last few years.  Every new dawn brings another crisis with itself for the already dejected nation. Each Pakistani sees his everyday existence increasingly bewildering, ever more violent and harder to live by. And last month has been the worst in the history of country. In this month there was no voice but mourns of the mothers and sisters over the dead bodies of their loved ones. Silent tears dropped inside each citizen because every one sensed the knock of death at their door too. Life never seemed more ambiguous the way it appeared since the last month.
In the present state of gloom and doom the most awful thing which could happen was the bringing in the Hoopla of NRO. None disagrees with the fact that NRO is a discriminatory and shameful law. But is this the right time for all this hoopla? It is the time when Pakistan is in state of critical war and is fighting its worst enemy. Terrorists are growing like the weeds and this tumor needs to be cured as soon as possible because it is a threat to the existence of my motherland. They are the people who mouth sham obedience to God while being in the service of devil. With each passing moment the devil worshippers are gaining ground. They kill people, chop heads, flog women, and blow up schools and universities in their relentless advance.  Fighting this enemy has become inevitable for Pakistan. In such crucial stage opposition and judiciary up roared the issue of NRO. Deadline has been given to the government with the threats of long march by opposition and dismissal of Prime minister Yousaf Raza Gillani from by judgment of Supreme court of Pakistan. Will this hoopla bring the desired fruits to the nation? Is this the issue which needs to be resolved first or security of public and economy of nation is to be given priority?
It is very certain that NRO is the notorious decree of dictator. It is the black law with disastrous ramifications and is a stigma on the face of parliament. But is this the issue which needs to be addressed first? Is it prior to the security of life of Pakistani citizens? Aren’t load shedding and the falling economy more painful? To me the answer to this question is NO, because for a common Pakistani life is the only asset he holds in today’s violent and ambiguous atmosphere. He has nothing to do with the dirty politics game which starts with the benefit of the ruling elite and ends with the gain of privileged opposition. As long as a black law supports either of them it remains justified but the day it starts protecting the sins of the bitter rivals it becomes a disgraceful and notorious law.
The purpose of my useless words is nothing but to convey my message to PPP and the opposition is, that, let’s end this personal assassination and personal war for the sake of Pakistan because our Motherland is vulnerable at the moment. Everyday it sobs for its sons who are giving their lives in this war, but their lives seem to carry no value to our rulers and their rivals. Everyday it soaks blood of its sons in its chest and sees others fighting on futile matters. I just want to tell them that your motherland is pleading for your unity. Be united so that no one ever dares to see you and your homeland with the bad eye.
